Direction for use:

·Open the pouch from the slit and take out a piece of patch
·Remove transparent film from back of the gel sheet
·Place the sheet on skin, forehead, temple acupoints or other positions
·Apply this product 2 times one day, and each patch can be used for 8-10 hours continuously.
·If necessary, use several sheets to accelerate the cool-down rate
·If desired, cut sheet to suitable size with scissors
